The whole family pitched in, handling cleaning, deliveries, and customer service. They earned a reputation for exceptional quality even as they learned the furniture business from the ground up. Their son, Keith, spent 20 years abroad in poverty alleviation and coffee retail before returning with his wife Rhoda to continue the family’s dedication to quality furniture, outstanding service, and partnerships with Amish craftsmen from Ohio and Indiana.
