S|B Dining Warranty: Smith Brothers dining chairs are backed by a separate warranty structure. Hardwood frames and sinuous springs carry a five-year parts warranty with one year of labor. Qualux Ultra seat foam carries a five-year parts warranty with one year of labor. Battery packs, wiring, switches, tilt mechanisms, swivel rings, and swivel glider mechanisms carry a one-to-three year parts warranty with one year of labor coverage.
The delivery crew, Lucas and Drew were wonderful. We had a couch that needed to be moved from the family room, which was where the new furniture was to go, they helped with that which was fantastic. The new couch was a tight squeeze and very heavy, but they took their time and made sure everything was perfect! Put exactly where we wanted it and even added the felt pads we had on the feet of the furniture so the floor doesn’t get scratched. So very pleased with the whole experience! Thank you, Millwest.
