Perfect For

The Integrity Luxe Extra Plush mattress works beautifully for side sleepers who need maximum pressure relief at shoulders and hips with the natural comfort of latex. Similarly, it's ideal for those seeking an ultra-plush sleeping surface with hypoallergenic, antimicrobial materials. In addition, couples appreciate the independent pocketed coils that reduce partner disturbance while natural latex provides breathable, contouring comfort.

What Makes the Integrity Luxe Extra Plush Special

The Integrity Luxe Extra Plush mattress features 3 inches of natural Talalay latex 55 harvested from rubber tree sap—naturally hypoallergenic, antimicrobial, and breathable. Additionally, natural latex is the longest-lasting mattress material available, providing resilient support that maintains its properties year after year. Furthermore, the independent pocketed coils provide superior motion isolation—each coil is encased in its own fabric pocket, allowing the springs to move independently for personalized support and minimal motion transfer.

This mattress stands out with its substantial coil count—1150 to 2500 coils depending on size—providing exceptional support and contouring even with an extra plush feel. Specifically, the combination of natural latex and independent pocketed coils creates a responsive sleeping surface that adapts to your body while remaining naturally cool and breathable.

Construction & Materials

Comfort Layers:

• 1.25" quilted cover, polyurethane foam (1.8 wt.)
• 3" natural Talalay latex 55

All foams are CertiPUR-US certified, meaning they are made without formaldehyde, ozone depleters, mercury, lead and other heavy metals. Foams are screened for relevant chemicals, including flame retardants, that are classified as carcinogens, mutagens or reproductive toxins and are harmful to human health. Moreover, the fire-retardant cover uses a rayon-polyester fiber blend with no topical chemical treatments.

Returns & Warranty

90-Day Comfort Trial: Sleep on your new Integrity Luxe Extra Plush for at least 30 nights before deciding — most bodies need time to adjust. If it's not quite right, you have two options:

• Swap for a different mattress for a $250 swap fee.
• Return it for a $250 return fee.

A mattress protector is strongly recommended — stained mattresses are not eligible for return, swap, or warranty service.

20-Year Limited Warranty: Covered against defects in workmanship or materials. Full no-charge repair or replacement for the first 10 years; prorated coverage continues through year 20. Proper foundation support is required for warranty validity — compatible foundations include Monarch Rest foundations, platform beds with solid decks, or adjustable bases rated for 800+ lbs.

Why Choose Monarch Rest

Unlike mass-produced mattresses, every Integrity Luxe Extra Plush mattress is handcrafted by skilled Amish artisans who've perfected their craft over generations. Consequently, you receive a mattress built to last 20 years, not just 5-7 like many competitors. Our natural Talalay latex comes from our consistent 8+ year supplier, ensuring quality and performance you can rely on. Additionally, the independent pocketed coil system provides superior motion isolation compared to traditional innersprings.

Care & Maintenance

To maximize your investment, we recommend using a mattress protector at all times. Additionally, rotate the mattress head-to-foot every three months to ensure even wear. The single-sided design means no flipping required.
