So very pleased with our experience with Millwest furniture. Ordered a couch and chair, we were able to pick the material for the furniture and the pillows.Rosie was wonderful taking the time to make sure everything was perfect, even changed the chair ordered the next day. We were sent samples of both materials so we could match paint, rugs and drapes. Super helpful. The furniture took exactly the amount of time we were given. They delivered when it was convenient for us.
The delivery crew, Lucas and Drew were wonderful. We had a couch that needed to be moved from the family room, which was where the new furniture was to go, they helped with that which was fantastic. The new couch was a tight squeeze and very heavy, but they took their time and made sure everything was perfect! Put exactly where we wanted it and even added the felt pads we had on the feet of the furniture so the floor doesn’t get scratched. So very pleased with the whole experience! Thank you, Millwest.

Our family recently moved into a new house. After we moved our furniture in, it became obvious that one of our children desperately needed a replacement for their old mattress. We visited Millwest during their mattress sale, and were so pleased with the price we paid for a quality, Amish made mattress! The delivery guys were outstanding. We wanted our old table moved down to the basement. It had to be removed from its base and it was a big job getting it moved. They were painstakingly careful not to touch the walls or doorways, and took time to do it right. Very personable and helpful. Carefully showed me how to store the new table’s leaves and put them in place.
They obviously take pride in doing the best job possible! And of course the new table and chairs show excellent Amish quality and craftsmanship!
We will definitely be returning to purchase other items in the future for our new home.

We've bought a bedroom set and a dining room table set from them and we cannot recommend them enough to others we know! Great prices for Amish furniture, and the quality is incredible. The staff is very knowledgeable both with their displays and offerings not on the floor. The staff worked hard to help us when picking stains or colors for our pieces and even ordered several samples of the stains and types of wood we were looking at purchasing to see how the wood took the stain. Highly recommend giving them a look, even if its a bit of a drive.

Miller/Millwest is just about the finest furniture store that I have ever dealt with. I look for furniture that will stand up to use and last. That has been my experience in the past and I know it will be the same going forward. And the delivery process is second to none. Simply stated, you do what you say and you deliver it when you say. The men who deliver are on time, clean and very courteous. I just cannot say enough. Recently I made a purchase from a different store (something that Millwest does not carry) and was told that deli could only be scheduled sometime after 8:00 AM. At 5:00 PM, I called, asking when delivery would be. I was told that my purchase didn’t even make it to the truck . Oops, sorry….. I have total confidence that this would never happen at Millwest!!!
