Look inside a Conforma mattress and you'll see what sets it apart...

high-density foam cores, gel-infused memory foam or natural Talalay latex, and handcrafted quality in every detail. Each one is built in Sugarcreek, Ohio with premium materials visible in every layer and meticulous construction that's inspected at every step. This is how we ensure each mattress delivers the restorative sleep you deserve, night after night.

A Quarter Per Night Could Change Your Life. Your $5 Coffee? Not So Much

Most of us don’t think twice about spending $5 on coffee. That’s $1,825 a year. And that’s fine! We all have our daily habits that keep us going. But when it comes to a mattress, we sometimes hesitate at the upfront cost without considering what we’re actually getting for our money.

So let’s look at it differently.

The average person spends about 26 years sleeping in their lifetime. You’re going to spend that time no matter what. The only question is how well you’ll sleep, and how you’ll feel when you wake up.

With a quality Monarch Rest mattress, backed by our 20-year warranty, you’re looking at 7,300 nights of sleep. When you break that down, you’re spending roughly 50 cents a night on quality sleep backed with a warranty to ensure you’ll love it.

When was the last time your coffee came with a warranty?

But here’s what makes this investment really worthwhile. Good sleep doesn’t just affect those 8 hours. It sets up your entire day.

Research shows that poor sleep costs the average person about 11 days of productivity each year. Your mattress is either helping you or hurting you here. A worn-out or poorly made mattress leaves you waking up tired, sore, and dragging through your day. Less energy for work, less patience with loved ones, less enjoyment of life.

A well-made mattress, on the other hand, helps you wake up actually rested. You’re more productive, more present, and have more energy for the things that matter. That benefit shows up every single day for years.

So for about 50 cents per night, you’re investing in better days.

Think about it this way: a modest nightly investment in a mattress that supports 8 hours of restoration and powers 16 hours of living. That’s 7,300 opportunities to wake up ready for whatever life brings.

When you invest in your sleep, you invest in your life.

We go to Millwest because we know we will find good quality furniture. In both shopping experience and delivery we were treated well. The sales staff was very helpful in answering our questions and concerns and the delivery team was very friendly and took care in installing the (large) furniture pieces in our house. We are repeat customers and probably will be in the future.

A week ago we purchased a beautiful wood and leather swivel rocker from the Millwest showroom floor, and it is sturdily made and very attractive. In the store, Shannon was cordial and helpful in explaining the features of the chair and arranging the sale and delivery. The delivery team was on time, careful and very efficient. I heartily recommend the high quality furniture of Millwest Amish Furniture and the excellent service of the staff!

FAQ ABOUT AMISH MADE MATTRESSES

A: Every Monarch Rest mattress is handcrafted in Sugarcreek, Ohio by skilled artisans using premium materials. We use heavier 12.75-13 gauge steel (vs. industry standard 14.5), high-density 1.8+ weight foam (vs. 1.2 standard), and water-based lamination adhesive. Plus our 20-year warranty is industry-leading. You’re getting American-made, Amish craftsmanship with a small team that ensures quality control at every step.

A: Firmness preference depends on sleep position, body type, and personal comfort. Generally: side sleepers prefer plush (2-4), back sleepers prefer medium (4-6), and stomach sleepers prefer firm (6-8). We use a 1-8 scale where 1 is most plush and 8 is most firm.

A: Our warranty covers workmanship defects, material failures, and body impressions. For most models: the first 10 years provide free repair/replacement for impressions over 0.5″ (you only pay transportation), and years 11-20 provide 50% credit toward repair/replacement for impressions over 1″. This is how we back up our commitment to building mattresses that last.

A: Single-sided mattresses should be rotated head-to-foot every 3 months. Double-sided mattresses should be rotated AND flipped every 6 months (Spring and Fall are easy reminders). Regular rotation and flipping prevent uneven wear and help your investment last the full 20 years.

A: Absolutely. A small team of skilled Amish craftspeople in Sugarcreek, Ohio handcrafts each mattress using professional tools and old-world attention to detail—every mattress gets individual care from people who’ve been perfecting this craft for decades.
