What is Covered
We cover hardwood and mattress/foundation products against defects in workmanship or materials. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser.
The quality and craftsmanship built into every Monarch Rest™ mattress and foundation allows Rainbow Bedding Co. to offer a limited warranty against defects in workmanship or materials.
What is Not Covered
- Commercial use of furniture
- Product failure due to causes other than defective workmanship or material
- Furniture not purchased by the original purchaser
- Product purchased “as-is” or floor model/past purchase
- Mattresses and/or foundations that are stained or in unsanitary condition
- Mattress upholstery settling and stretching with use (this is unavoidable and is not covered under warranty unless the impression exceeds 1/2 inch during the no-charge period and 1 inch for the remainder of the warranty period)
Our Responsibility
If service resulting from any such defect is required during the non-prorated year(s) after purchase, your Monarch Rest™ mattress and/or foundation will be repaired or replaced at manufacturer’s option—without charge for labor and materials, exclusive of transportation costs.
If service resulting from such a defect is required during the remaining years of the applicable warranty period, a warranty credit will be issued for the repair or replacement of the mattress or foundation. This credit will be calculated based on the schedule for the model you purchased, plus all transportation costs. If identical materials are not available at time of service, manufacturer may substitute materials of comparable quality.
Warranty credit is calculated as 50% of the current retail price toward the purchase of a new mattress, or 50% off repairs if mattress cannot be replaced.
