Miller/Millwest is just about the finest furniture store that I have ever dealt with. I look for furniture that will stand up to use and last. That has been my experience in the past and I know it will be the same going forward. And the delivery process is second to none. Simply stated, you do what you say and you deliver it when you say. The men who deliver are on time, clean and very courteous. I just cannot say enough. Recently I made a purchase from a different store (something that Millwest does not carry) and was told that deli could only be scheduled sometime after 8:00 AM. At 5:00 PM, I called, asking when delivery would be. I was told that my purchase didn’t even make it to the truck . Oops, sorry….. I have total confidence that this would never happen at Millwest!!!

My husband and I love this store. They have the most beautiful Amish-made furniture! Everyone is very friendly (special shout out to Shannon) and they are really knowledgeable about their products. We purchased two chairs made by Smith Brothers of Berne. They are incredibly well made and such high quality. We couldn't be happier with them. The young men who delivered them were great and very respectful of our home. We plan on ordering a lot more furniture from Millwest!

Absolutely thrilled with our furniture purchases! We ordered a custom couch and recliner chair. It was so nice to see and sit on the floor model and then select the perfect fabrics for our home. Really great range of options. The quality is 5 stars and price was really comparable to some name brand furniture competitors who don’t deliver even close to the quality. Our order took about 8 weeks from order to delivery.
This was our second purchase at Millwest Amish Furniture. Both times Shannon our sales rep made things easy and gave good suggestions as to colors and styles. As to the delivery, everything was excellent! Since we have wood floors the delivery guys helped by putting the felt pads on the feet of the furniture before they sat them in place. They also helped by moving our old couch to the garage. It's worth your trip to Plain City for a great buying experience.
Purchased a custom made table which is beautiful!! The first time it was delivered the color and the height were wrong. The delivery man apologized profusely and took it back. Millwest remade the table and applied the correct stain. No hassles. The table was delivered this morning and is exquisite! We have purchased from them in the past and have always received the highest quality furniture and service. We will continue to buy furniture from them in the future!

My dining table and TV stand are beautiful! It's well worth the cost and wait time to have such quality solid wood, craftsmanship, and finishing on furniture that will last and last. Much better than the mass made pieces that cost as much and do not look as nice.

From my first experience, walking in the store, I felt welcomed by the sales person Shannon. I had a unique situation that I needed built and another sales person helped us along the way as he heard our conversation I needed the space to be filled with as much dresser as we could get, but also to be able to use the top as a med cart. They helped me to design this dresser/med cart for my special needs daughter’s bedroom. I am more than extremely happy with what they built for me I have made other purchases of furniture from Millers in the past and have always been extremely satisfied with everything I’ve purchased from them. We had been looking for 4 weeks a a table to fit our condo dining area. Online stores looked good but we cheap in quality. Other furniture stores on the city had nothing to fit our dining area- nothing over 38” in width. We were told about Miller’s. We were greeted graciously and the sales associate knew just we needed. There it was. The perfect size dining table with leaves. The sales associate was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. We definitely will be returning to Miller’s for any other furniture needs we have in the future.
